Jeffery E. Pratt, Attorney at Law

The majority of Mr. Pratt’s trial experience has been in successfully representing his personal injury clients in the areas of motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, medical malpractice, products liability and workers compensation.

While no two cases are identical, Mr. Pratt’s firm belief remains that client involvement and counseling on a regular basis create a solid foundation for each and every case.  Mr. Pratt takes a personal interest in each and every client’s unique circumstances, thoroughly examining every page of records relevant to the case, initiating client meetings to discuss the progress of the case, and educating the client and keeping them informed as the case progresses.

In addition to his litigation and jury trial experience, Mr. Pratt has negotiated countless pre-litigation and pre-trial settlements.

He has been practicing since 1985 and is currently admitted to practice in both Florida and Texas; is a member of The Lakeland Bar Association, The American Bar Association, The Florida Bar Association, and The Texas Bar Association. Mr. Pratt currently practices law in the United States District Court, Southern District of Texas, United States District Court, Northern District of Texas, United States Court of Appeals, and the Fifth Circuit.
